Inspired by my personal hobbies of hiking, fishing, rock climbing, camping, and off-roading throughout Utah and the Rocky Mountains, this technical and textile design project reflects my deep appreciation for the outdoors and functional apparel. Influenced by the region’s expansive landscapes, earthy color palettes, and rugged terrain, I combined consumer research, textile exploration, and technical design principles to develop products that balance performance, durability, and style. By translating my firsthand experiences into thoughtful design solutions, this project demonstrates my ability to create apparel that meets the needs of modern outdoor enthusiasts while maintaining a strong connection to nature and adventure.
