What is Woodstock?
Woodstock is one of the most iconic music events in American history. It took place in 1969. This event was so impactful in the music industry that in 1994 there was a second Woodstock with the music legends from that generation.

The most notable artists that performed in Woodstock 69' were; Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Grateful Dead, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Who, and more. For Woodstock 94'; Candlebox, Bluestraveler, Sheryl Crow, The Cranberries, Blind Melon, etc.
Relevancy in Fashion.
The fashions worn during Woodstock are extremely symbolic of the spirit of the times. The youth of this time expressed themselves through their style. Their styles expressed political standing and individuality, but most importantly, their styles were driven by the music of the time. The music from the 60s and the Iconic performances from Woodstock have never lost their relevancy in American Culture. Therefore, the fashions are reinterpreted often.
